* At 914 AM CDT, the leading edge of winds from a line of severe
thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 3 miles south
of Arkansas City to near Ponca City to 4 miles west of Marland,
moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
