* At 1043 PM CDT, the leading edge of winds from a line of severe
  thunderstorms was located along a line extending from 7 miles south
  of Delhi to 3 miles west of Goodlett to 5 miles west of Paducah,
  moving southeast at 55 mph. A 59 mph wind gust was recorded near
  Childress Texas at 1035 PM CDT.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
