...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 PM CDT THIS
EVENING FOR WESTERN CARTER COUNTY...

At 805 PM CDT, 2 to 3 inches of rain has fallen since 630 pm.
Emergency management reports significant flash flooding is beginning
in the area with numerous roadways starting to flood.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
         urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Van Buren and Fremont.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
