...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 445 AM CDT EARLY THIS
MORNING FOR NORTHERN UNION COUNTY...

At 125 AM CDT, Light rainfall persists over the warned area. Radar
and rain gauges show an estimated 3 to 4 inches of rain fell across
parts of Union County which may lead to localized areas of flash
flooding across much of northern Union County.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
         drainage and low-lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Anna, Jonesboro, Cobden and Alto Pass.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
