.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions will continue today, with scattered rain showers
possible on Thursday mainly over southeast Missouri. The Ozark
Foothills westward have the greatest risk of a wetting rain as
there will be a sharp gradient in rainfall amounts. Dispersion
will remain poor due to light southerly transport winds. Relative
humidity values will mix down to 30 to 40% today, with an
increase in moisture on Thursday mainly in southeast Missouri.
