.DISCUSSION...
High pressure will maintain dry conditions through Labor Day.
Wetting rain chances return Tuesday and Wednesday. Afternoon RH`s
will fall into the 25-35% range today, with lowest values across
the KY Pennyrile. Values are expected be slightly higher on Sunday
and even more so on Labor Day. Dispersion will be fair to good
through Monday thanks to decent northeasterly transport winds and
mixing above 5000 feet.
