.DISCUSSION...
Two frontal passages will result in chances for wetting rains
through the end of the week. The first will arrive this evening
into early Thursday morning while the second moves through Friday
afternoon through Saturday morning. Ahead of the front today,
healthy westerly transport winds will combine with deep mixing to
produce good smoke dispersion. Mixing won`t be near as deep on
Thursday, and combined with lighter northwesterly winds the
dispersion will be poor. Mixing appears to be decent on Friday,
which combined with stronger southwest winds ahead of the second
front, may result in good dispersion particularly across west
Kentucky.
