.DISCUSSION...
A brief relatively dry window is expected tonight through Wednesday
evening. However, an upper-level disturbance will keep cloud cover
plentiful and mixing heights relatively suppressed. Tropical remnants
will move into the region late on Thursday, and linger through at least
Saturday. Widespread wetting rains are expected, with a good chance of
much of the region seeing 2" of rain or more during this period.
