.DISCUSSION...
Dry conditions will prevail through Wednesday with temperatures
trending warmer. Minimum relative humidity will be in the 20-30%
range throughout the region today, and at least over the eastern
half of the region Wednesday. Light winds will keep overall
smoke dispersion at poor levels today, but with increasing south
winds and deeper mixing Wednesday, good dispersion is expected.
Increasing southerly winds will bring a significant increase in
relative humidity Thursday. A cold front will pass on Friday and
usher in a wet period into the weekend.
