Today will feature a continuation of the dry and warm pattern with
RHs falling into the 25-30% range this afternoon. A weak frontal
boundary passed through overnight, with winds becoming east-
northeasterly today. Mixing should exceed the 1700 foot level
between 10 and 11 AM. Despite decent mixing near 5000 feet,
transport winds will remain modest, so dispersion will be poor.
