This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southern
Illinois, southwest Indiana, western Kentucky, and southeast
Missouri.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

Locally dense fog is possible early this morning. Refer to the
special weather statement for details.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are possible today and
tonight. The primary hazards are locally heavy rain and lightning.
Localized flash flooding is possible, particularly across
southeast Missouri later this evening and overnight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Daily storm chances continue Monday through Wednesday, possibly
lingering into Thursday. A strong storm can`t be ruled out on
Monday. Stronger storms are also possible later Wednesday into
Wednesday night. The main hazards will be locally heavy rain and
lightning, but some stronger wind gusts may occur with a few
storms. Localized flash flooding is possible on Monday.

Heat index values are forecast to reach at or above 100 degrees
next weekend.
