...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT MUHLENBERG...CHRISTIAN AND TODD
COUNTIES THROUGH 145 PM CDT...

At 1250 PM CDT, Radar indicated a few strong thunderstorms moving
slowly east across the area.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hopkinsville, Oak Grove, Central City, Elkton, Fort Campbell,
Clarksville, Guthrie, Pembroke, Crofton, Powderly, Graham,
Greenville, Dunmor, Weir, Drakesboro, Trenton, Bremen, South
Carrollton, Justice, and Everett.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 24 in Kentucky between Mile Markers 75 and 92.
 Western Kentucky Parkway between Mile Markers 44 and 65.
 Pennyrile Parkway between Mile Markers 1 and 27.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may briefly intensify and become severe, so be certain
to monitor local radio stations and available television stations
for additional information and possible warnings from the National
Weather Service.
