...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT RIPLEY AND BUTLER COUNTIES
THROUGH 1145 PM CDT...

At 1100 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Harviell to near Oxly to near Maynard.
Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Poplar Bluff, Doniphan, Naylor, Neelyville, Harviell, Budapest,
Gatewood, Milltown, Oxly, Fairdealing, and Briar.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
