...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN BOLLINGER...SOUTHEASTERN
CARTER...WEST CENTRAL SCOTT...RIPLEY...SOUTHERN WAYNE...BUTLER AND
NORTHERN STODDARD COUNTIES THROUGH 1000 AM CDT...

At 910 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Greenville to Handy. Movement was east at
55 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Poplar Bluff, Doniphan, Advance, Oran, Lake Wappapello State Park,
Puxico, Naylor, Bell City, Ellsinore, Williamsville, Fisk,
Wappapello, Brush Arbor, Milltown, Hunter, Hendrickson, Handy,
Harviell, Budapest, and Oxly.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.
