...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHERN WHITE...WAYNE...WESTERN
WABASH...EDWARDS AND HAMILTON COUNTIES THROUGH 230 PM CDT...

At 141 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles northeast of Cisne to 6 miles west of
Mcleansboro. Movement was northeast at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Carmi, Fairfield, Mcleansboro, Albion, Grayville, Lancaster, Wayne
City, West Salem, Crossville, Cisne, Enfield, Dahlgren,
Jeffersonville, Bellmont, Sims, Bone Gap, Mill Shoals, Browns,
Springerton, and Mount Erie.

This includes Interstate 64 in Illinois between Mile Markers 92 and
130.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM CDT for south central
and southeastern Illinois.
