The Flash Flood Watch is cancelled for portions of northwest and
western Pennsylvania, including the following areas, in northwest
Pennsylvania, Forest, Jefferson PA and Venango. In western
Pennsylvania, Clarion.

Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to
heed remaining road closures.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania, including
  the following areas, in southwest Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations
  of Westmoreland. In western Pennsylvania, Allegheny and
  Westmoreland.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - New rainfall this afternoon/evening may be able to produce 1
    to 2 inches of precipitation with localized totals up to 3
    inches in any training showers or storms. Urban areas may be
    more susceptible to flash flooding.
