...FLOOD WATCH HAS EXPIRED...

The Flash Flood Watch has expired for portions of Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, Allegheny, Higher Elevations of
Westmoreland, Washington and Westmoreland and the northern panhandle
of West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke and Ohio.

Widespread heavy rain has largely ended over the watch area and no
additional areas of flooding are anticipated, therefore, the Flash
Flood Watch has expired. Please continue to heed remaining road
closures associated with ongoing flooding.
