The Flash Flood Watch will expire for portions of east central Ohio,
including the following areas, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton,
Guernsey, Harrison, Jefferson OH, Muskingum, Noble and Tuscarawas,
Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Allegheny, Armstrong,
Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Forest, Higher Elevations of Indiana,
Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Indiana, Jefferson PA, Lawrence,
Mercer, Venango and Westmoreland, and northern West Virginia,
including the following areas, Eastern Tucker, Hancock and Western
Tucker.

The flash flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flash Flood
Watch will expire at 10 PM EDT this evening.

...FLOOD WATCH NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 AM EDT WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, including the following
  areas, Belmont and Monroe, southwest Pennsylvania, including the
  following areas, Fayette, Greene, Higher Elevations of Fayette and
  Washington, and West Virginia, including the following areas,
  Brooke, Eastern Preston, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio,
  Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston and
  Wetzel.

* WHEN...Until 7 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
  in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are
  running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
