...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM EDT THIS
EVENING FOR SOUTHWESTERN ALLEGHENY AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COUNTIES...

At 339 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have
fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible
in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.

HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing
         flash flooding.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban
         areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
  Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, McMurray, Washington, Canonsburg,
  Gastonville, Baldwin, Upper St. Clair, Scott Township, Whitehall,
  South Park Township, Cecil-Bishop, Jefferson Hills, Castle Shannon,
  Pleasant Hills, Bridgeville, Wolfdale, McGovern and East
  Washington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
