Indiana County in west central Pennsylvania... * Until 715 PM EDT. * At 503 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain 8 miles northeast of Indiana, moving east at 15 mph. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area.
