Southern Westmoreland County in southwestern Pennsylvania... * Until 1030 PM EDT. * At 730 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain 7 miles north of Seven Springs, or 13 miles south of Latrobe, moving east at 15 mph. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 to 1.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar indicated.
