Central Tucker County in northeastern West Virginia... * Until 1245 AM EDT. * At 942 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain 7 miles north of Hendricks, or 5 miles west of Thomas, moving east at 5 mph. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
