including the following areas, Belmont and Jefferson OH, southwest
Pennsylvania, including the following area, Washington, and the
northern panhandle of West Virginia, including the following areas,

Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a
threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
