...FLOOD WARNING WILL EXPIRE AT 430 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The Flood Warning will expire at 430 PM EDT this afternoon for
portions of southwest and west central Pennsylvania, including the
following areas, in southwest Pennsylvania, Westmoreland. In west
central Pennsylvania, Armstrong, Butler, Indiana and Jefferson PA.

The heavy rain has ended and flood waters have or will continue to
recede. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please
continue to heed remaining road closures.
