* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

  - At 827 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
    warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 1.5
    inches of rain have fallen.

    Uniontown, Connellsville, California, Masontown, Brownsville,
    South Connellsville, Perryopolis, Fairdale, Point Marion,
