...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...South Central Noble County in east central Ohio...

* WHEN...Until 900 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 307 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to Rainfall
    from thunderstorms yesterday has resulted in runoff creating
    flooding from  Duck Creek near Macksburg. Flooding is already
    occurring in the warned area.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Dudley and Dexter City.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
