...The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a Flood
Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Wills Creek At Cambridge affecting Guernsey County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars
through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE TONIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Wills Creek at Cambridge.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Overflowing of poor drainage and low lying
  areas will result in minor flooding along wills creek. At 16.0
  feet, Basement flooding begins through floor drains and other sewer
  connections. Local interruptions in sanitary service may occur
  along Gordon`s Run from 3rd Street to 6th Street.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:15 AM EDT Friday the stage was 14.9 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
    this morning to a crest of 15.2 feet this afternoon. It will then
    fall below flood stage late this evening.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
