.DISCUSSION...
Low pressure over Missouri will move into Kentucky tonight, with
rain spreading over much of the upper Ohio Valley. Rainfall will
be heaviest along and south of the Pennsylvania/West Virginia
Border, where rainfall will range from 0.50 to 1.25". In the
Pittsburgh area, rainfall of 0.25 to 0.50" is expected, with 0.25"
or less along the I-80 corridor. Dry weather is expected to return
on Thursday with weak high pressure building over the Upper Ohio
River Valley.
