Upper trough passage combined with diurnal heating will promote
another day with scattered showers and thunderstorms across the
region. Weak cold advection plus developing cloud cover is likely
to leave area high temperature about 5 degrees below normal.
High pressure is highly likely to dominate the region Thursday
through Saturday, promoting an extended period of dry weather and
slowly rising temperature.
