brings rain/snow chances. Precipitation likely begins as snow or a
wintry mix before turning over to all rain by mid morning.
Precipitation totals increase from a few tenths near I-80 to
totals between 0.50-1.00 inches in the ridges of WV. Light winds
and high minimum RHs dominate the following days.
