.DISCUSSION...
Recent daytime rains, combined with mostly clear and calm
conditions overnight with high dew points, may lead to instances
of morning fog, most likely near Toby Creek and the Clarion River.
Fog is expected to clear between roughly 8am and 10am. Winds will
remain light and variable throughout the day, mostly terrain
driven. There is a very low chance of an afternoon shower between
2pm and 7pm. Relative humidities are most likely to bottom out
at 40% to 50% percent for the day, with the lowest possible
humidity in the 30s. Recoveries to near 100% are expected Tuesday
night before rains return Wednesday.
