.DISCUSSION...
There is little to no chance of rain through Thursday as high pressure
remains in overall control. Relative humidity of around 85 percent
at ignition time will drop into the 35 to 40 percent range during
peak heating, with a small chance of a drop to around 30 percent. Light
east wind should back slightly towards northeast by midday, presenting
perhaps a slight upslope component. Speeds will generally remain in
the 5 to 10 MPH range during the afternoon. After sunset on Wednesday,
nearly calm wind and good RH recovery are forecast, with some
fog development possible late at night.
