wind chill values range from -10F to -20F.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

A Winter Storm Watch is in effect Thursday morning through early
Friday morning. Heavy snow is possible, with totals ranging from 4 to
8 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible in the highest peaks.

There is also a high risk for much below normal temperatures next
week.
