Pennsylvania, and northern West Virginia.

There is a marginal risk of flooding with locally heavy downpours
possible during any thunderstorms that develop this afternoon and
early this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

A marginal risk of flooding will continue through the weekend as a
nearly stationary boundary remains over the region, resulting in
multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms.
