areas near the western Appalachian ridge-line in Pennsylvania receiving
up to 0.25 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast to
range from 0.10 to 0.75 inches. Some areas closer to Lake Erie could
see up to 1.50 inches of liquid equivalent precipitation. Today,
precipitation will start out as rain and transition to snow.
