Past 24 hour precipitation...
Much of the area saw no precipitation yesterday but very isolated
stretches of the Allegheny Basin saw 0.01-0.10 inches of rainfall.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Showers and thunderstorms are expected across the region in two
waves, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Steadier lighter
rain in the morning is expected to be followed by heavier convective
showers and storms. Rainfall totals across the region are largely
expected to be between 0.25-0.75 inches with higher totals possible
in the heaviest downpours.

River trends...
Rivers are not expected to be greatly impacted by this rainfall
and river levels are unlikely to significantly rise.
