Past 24 hour precipitation...
Wide range of precipitation totals from dry to 2 inches. A majority of
the area received up to 0.50 inches. Due to scattered nature of yesterday`s
storms, some areas did not receive rain while others saw up to 2 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast to
range from 0.01 to 1.50 inches. Eastern Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and the
majority of northern West Virginia are forecast to receive up to 0.75-1.00
inches. Areas in Tucker and southern Preston counties are forecast to observe
to 1.50 inches with localized areas expected to see higher.

River trends...
River rises expected today and tomorrow. Starting Tuesday, a general lowering
trend is expected across the region. The Monongahela River is likely to see
cresting on Tuesday, later than other locations.
