Eastern Ohio and northern West Virginia received up to 0.01 inches to
1.25 inches. Western Pennsylvania received 0.01 inches to 1.50 inches
with areas along the Appalachians see up to 2.00 inches.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast to
range from 0.25 to 1.00 inches. Some areas in Preston County (WV) may
receive up to 1.25 inches.

River trends...
Levels on the Monongahela River are expected to crest by Friday.
Areas along the Allegheny River are expected to crest by
tomorrow. With rising levels on the Monongahela and Allegheny
Rivers, levels are expected to rise along the Ohio River. At
this time, all river levels will remain below Action Stage.
