Localized areas of up to 0.10 inches were received in the northern
part of the region, otherwise, the area remained dry.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast to
range from 0.00 to 1.00 inches. Northern West Virginia (along the southern
PA border) is forecast to observe up to 0.50-1.00 inches of rain with
localized areas expecting up to 1.25 inches. Eastern Ohio, southwestern
PA, and the northern West Virginia panhandle will observe between 0.01-0.50
inches. Accumulation decreases continuing northward toward the Great Lakes.

River trends...
Up to 1 foot rises in the Youghiogheny and Cheat Rivers Wednesday
into Thursday. A gradual rise of up to 1 foot forecast over the
next 3 days on the Monongahela River.
