Areas north of Pittsburgh got no rain with isolated areas getting up to 0.10 inches. South of Pittsburgh, the observe accumulation was very spotty with accumulations ranging between 0.10 to 2.0 inches of rain. Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours... Basin average rainfall and/or liquid equivalent of snow is forecast to range from 0.25 to 1.50 inches. Higher precipitation amounts are expected against the Appalachian ridge-line and northern West Virginia. Some localized accumulation of up to 1.75 inches in parts of Preston and Tucker counties (WV). River trends... Local rivers are cresting today, remaining below Action Stage. For the rest of the week, there is a chance of rain almost everyday. Currently, the highest chance for flooding are today and tomorrow. Small creeks and runs could rise quickly with higher rainfall rates over a short period of time.
