...AREAS OF FOG COULD IMPACT MORNING COMMUTE...

Areas of fog, notably within river valleys, have developed (or
will soon develop) and are expected to persist through the start
of the morning commute. Visibilities will be below a half of a
mile at times in the thickest of the fog. Please slow down and
allow extra time to reach your destination.

Conditions are expected to improve shortly after sunrise.
