possibly result in snow-covered roads, and reduced visibility at some
locations, making travel difficult.

  Pittsburgh, Penn Hills, Mount Lebanon, Bethel Park, Ross Township,
  McCandless Township, Monroeville, Moon Township, McMurray,
  Greensburg, Weirton, McKeesport, Franklin Park, East Liverpool,
  Jeannette, Aliquippa, Canonsburg, Beaver Falls, Latrobe and
  Connellsville.
