  Parsons, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Kingwood, Parsons, Terra Alta, Davis, Thomas, Rowlesburg, Newburg,
