...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON
THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional snow
  accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 60
  mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, heavy snow possible. Total snow
  accumulations between 4 and 8 inches possible. Winds could gust as
  high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania and northern West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 1 PM EST Tuesday. For
  the Winter Storm Watch, from Wednesday afternoon through Thursday
  morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
  will impact the Tuesday morning and evening commutes. Strong winds
  could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
