...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM SATURDAY TO NOON
EST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 9 and
  14 inches.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, northwest, southwest, and
  western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of
  West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Persons should consider delaying all travel. Motorists should use
extreme caution if travel is absolutely necessary.

* WHAT...Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
  accumulations between 9 and 16 inches. Ice accumulations of a light
  glaze, except in Preston and Tucker Counties, where ice could
  accumulate up to two tenths of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania
  and northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.
