...ICE STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO 10
AM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Significant icing expected. ice accumulations around one
  quarter of an inch, with up to an inch of snow.

* WHERE...In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette, Higher
  Elevations of Westmoreland, and Higher Elevations of Indiana
  Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Preston and Eastern Tucker
  Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice.
  Travel could be nearly impossible on untreated roads. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and
  Thursday morning commutes.

* WHAT...Freezing rain expected. Ice accumulation a glaze to a tenth
  of an inch. Less than an inch of snow is also possible.

* WHERE...Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western
  Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West
  Virginia.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Wednesday evening commute.
