.DISCUSSION...A series of upper weather systems will continue to
bring mountain rain/snow chances through the week, with moderate
snow accumulations in the WA Cascades tonight through Wednesday
morning. Breezy westerly winds will develop through the Cascade
gaps and Columbia Basin today, then winds becoming south to
southwest from central OR to the Columbia Basin tonight into
Wednesday. Afternoon RHs will remain elevated into the weekend.
