.DISCUSSION...Fair to good overnight recoveries tonight, with
improvements going into tomorrow night during a cold front
passage. This will bring beneficial rains along the Washington
Cascade slopes and parts of the Northern Blue Mountains on
Tuesday. Breezy to locally windy conditions develop tomorrow as
well, with the strongest winds located along the Cascade gaps and
parts of the Basin.
