.DISCUSSION...Terrain driven winds will continue through the
morning until the inversion breaks which will lead to a shift and
slight increase in winds (below 15 mph). Winds will generally be
from the and southwest with some areas seeing variable. Winds will
increase over the weekend as a frontal system moves through.
Locally breezy through the Cascade Gaps. Chances of rain begin
today increasing over the weekend (30-50% to 50-70%). Daytime RHs
will increase to above 30% with localized areas seeing mid to
upper 20%.
