.DISCUSSION...Warm and dry conditions today, but a cooler and
slightly more moist trend will begin on Tuesday associated with
an incoming system. Breezy winds will coincide with this system,
especially across the Columbia Gorge and Kittitas Valley. A
slight chance (5-15%) of isolated thunderstorms are also possible
Tuesday for OR694, OR695, and OR699. A more robust system arrives
Thursday and Friday, with breezy winds and widespread rain likely
(50-70% confidence).
